WMD Company Sp. Z.O.O. return conditions

Return of goods to WMD Company Sp. Z.O.O. roof centres is subject to the rules below:

1. The customer must inform the agent/seller who sold the goods in advance of the wish to return the goods*. Return of the goods is subject to the prior consent of the seller.
2. The goods to be returned must be accompanied by a duly completed return form.
3. The goods to be returned must be free of installation marks, intact and in their original packaging (equipment, accessories, e.g. controllers). Goods damaged by the customer are not returnable.
4. Special sized goods*** and goods ordered as a special order for the customer will not be returned.
5. Goods that have been delivered to the customer 3 months after the date of delivery will not be purchased.
6. Return of the goods is at the buyer's risk and expense.

Conditions for reimbursement of goods:

100% of the purchase price of the goods, if the reason for the return is due to an error on the part of WMD Company Sp. Z.O.O. and the non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract shall be notified within 60 days from the delivery of the goods to the Customer;

80% warehouse goods** from the purchase price, provided that the refund is not due to an error on the part of WMD Company Sp. Z.O.O. and the refund is made within 30 days of delivery of the goods to the customer;

60% warehouse goods** from the purchase price according to the purchase invoice, unless the refund is due to an error on the part of WMD Company Sp. Z.O.O., and the refund will be made within 31 days - 6 months from the delivery of the goods to the customer.

*Goods - any goods purchased from WMD Company Sp. Z.O.O.
**laokaup - standard goods purchased from WMD Company Sp. Z.O.O., which are not manufactured or ordered according to the customer's drawings and dimensions, and which can be used for various buildings and objects.
***Imersonalized goods - Goods purchased from WMD Company Sp. Z.O.O. that are clearly personalized.

for another building or facility is not possible or will incur additional costs.
